How did you hear about the SCRC and when did you join?
How did you hear about the SCRC and when did you join? My Long time best friend Pamela Bock (NY SCRC) she was here for Rolling Thunder 2005 and wanted me to come down and hang out I did and when all the bikes headed out for their ride I WAS HOOKED! I went home and told my husband we were getting Motorcycles. We did in April 2006.

How long have you been riding?
Since April 2006

Have you ever taken a motorcycle safety course?
No I don’t think I have. I have taken some classes from riders in the group on riding

What was your first bike?
My Suzuki 800

How many bikes have you owned?
Just one

Why do you ride?
It’s cool, there’s something about being in control of the road when you are riding.

Have you ridden with an organized group before?
Just the SCRC and then the NVMC but my heart is with the SCRC. Its just hard to get to all the rides we live far from the meet ups and our kids were smaller then. Things are changing now.

What modifications have you done to your bike?
Not a lot really, sissy bar, windshield, highway bars and hand grips. I bought the Bike from Ebay from a gentlemen that was getting married his wife doesnt like bikes (not away to start a marriage in my eyes).The bike was perfect as it was for me.

What accessories do you want to add to your bike?
A new seat and pipes. I think I’m ready for louder.

What is your dream bike?
Oh I don’t know I see a lot that I love but I’m not certain.

What kind of riding do you like to do — straight-aways or twisties?
TWISTIES....yeah

If you have a nickname, how did you get it? Tell the truth!
Got my name on my 4th ride with the SCRC, we were riding with 2 other SCRC groups. I got mixed in with the other group. Imagine that (if you know me) the group got off at another exit and Yep, I got off to. Got to the intersection and said to myself. Hmmm who are these people and where is my husband my phone rang and at last I realized I was going the "Wrong way".

What is your favorite riding route?
My favorites are back roads, winding hills.

Do you ride your bike to work?
No.

What is the fastest you’ve ridden?
Ummmm I don’t like to ride fast, unless I’m forced to.

What is your favorite time of year to ride?
Oh most defiantly the fall seasons.

Have you ever been down? If so, how were you hurt and what did you learn from the incident?
If so, how were you hurt and what did you learn from the incident? No thank god, I haven’t fallen yet, I have seen people go down and what I’ve learned is after awhile motorcyclist get to comfortable and forget how hazardous the roads can really be.

Have you ever done an "Iron Butt" ride?
No, my tushy is to soft!

If not, what is the furthest you’ve ridden?
400 miles I have a spinal injury from 2007 and long distance is not my friend.

What was the worst weather in which you’ve ridden?
A freaken down pour in August of 2008. We couldn’t see anything, cars were pulled over and there were rivers everywhere, It was the coolest thing I'd ever experienced. lol

Do you know how to work on your bike?
ummm.... well.... Ok no!

What is your favorite road song?
Highway to Hell and another, I’m not sure of the name. I know it’s probably a common song.

What was your most adventurous ride?
I arranged a ride with some girls that I know and I went out to ride the ride first. I came along a dirt and gravel road and thought” Oh Crap” what the heck do I do now.... but I went down the road anyway, heheh it was about 1.5 miles long is was gravel, dirt, twigs and very wooded. It was a stupid thing to do by myself( my husband just shook his head).. BUT I had to do it, to see what it was like. I made it through and then finished the ride. Un broken!

What rallies or events do you like to attend?
Rolling Thunder, The Motorcycle shows and All of Rob C. rides he does the best rides. He’s a fantastic road captain leader.

Is there someone who rides "two-up" with you?
My daughter or son not so much though I wish they would more.
